Maintaining....Waiting for the caffeine to kick in today. Feeling a bit sluggish this morning. I feel like my sleep wasn't restful last night. I remember some weird dreams, but don't remember all the details. Sitting outside as I journal & finish the last few sips of my coffee.
I received some bad news yesterday. My daughter is meeting with an oncologist this afternoon. She is 800 plus miles away. I'm trying to stay positive.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
