I have made terrible food choices today. Usually I plan to do it. The fact that I didn't plan it and just did it irritates the shit outta me. Here's to a better tomorrow with hopefully not three meals of candy. 🤷🏻‍♀️ At least I'm at the gym getting my candy muscles. 💪🏼🍭🍦

Thanks, Erika. I just ate more so now I better go to bed! LMAO-Keilin! I guess it is. Never thought of it like that. And it would just be that way forever because I can't be going through the trouble of changing it. 😆

Princess, take a deep breath, you've got this. What you're doing is thinking the negative, "Once I start, I can't stop; now that I've done this much, I'd might as well just mess up the whole day." But, look at the weight you've lost, so, apparently , you can control yourself, you can do this. What if, when you eat that one thing you hadn't planned on, you think, "Wow, that was delicious, but that's enough for today, back on schedule." Then, give yourself a pat on the back, look in the mirror, give that strong woman a big smile and a thumbs up, and go on about your day. You truly are a powerful woman, and you CAN do this. 💛💜💚

HCB, that is interesting. Maybe that is the reason I would always gain my weight back in the winter. Last winter was my first successful maintenance....in a LONG time.

DP you and me are queens of ups and downs. You will forget this and have a great drop soon, like me. I’m down an entire two pounds this morning, don’t know how, wicked sore legs. I’m starting to disbelieve all science. 🤪🤪 Been up up up for several days and suddenly this. Weird!! Eat some candy! Just not all the candy! And your food list was nothing, you should see some of mine!!! 😳

Last winter was my first one too, I did so great, I am going to survive this winter too. I crave chocolates all the time, but I get lazy in the winter.

D-princess, I had been eating a lot for the last 2-3 months, but it was not like a binge, at least I wasn't feeling it that way. The last two weeks I was still wanting to have a binge eat day. Like: eat 5000-6000 calories or until I feel sick, just one day. That is something in your brain. I am not longer thinking about it though. 😀

Thanks for sharing. What really burns my ass is that I just weighed and I'm up less than a pound. That tells me if I had kept it together yesterday I would have had my whoosh today that I'm overdue for. Already the 19th and no loss yet for the month. That's crazy for me. Thanks for your support everyone. I'm going to have a cup of coffee and chill for a minute before the hubby gets home and kids up. I have like four minutes. Lol. Have a great day! 👍🏼

Right...it was short lived. I've already signed a permission slip, wrote a check to the PTA, and ironed a shirt. The mom life.... 🤷🏻‍♀️😉❤️

I’m on my third load of laundry, have the dusting done and garbage all took out! Go Mom’s Go! Now I’m gonna vacuum, and clean the bathroom, and make brownies!!!!!! Hmmmm Cousin coming tomorrow from England. 10 days out of my comfort zone. I hate entertaining guest really, my weak point. 😜
