goooooooooood morning...was so looking forward to a morning bike ride...was suppose to be cooler this morning...but instead its raining...something we badly needed...thunder, lightening..and some rain...so another day of taking off...do plan on getting on the stationary bike an getting in a few workouts today just to keep in practice...lol...got a feeling its gonna be a hot humid summer this year...well...gonna get up an head out an get my first ride over with...have a greatttttttttt day...keep that water going in...
