Had a heavy duty weekend, we felled a tree, and it took us all day to clear everything, 7 hours hard labour then Sunday had a bit of a day off, I feel I overate both days, but I am within my calorie allowance, will fast again today try for at leat 18 hours better 23 or 24... try for a 48 hour fast over tuesday - wednesday
