Just did Jillian Michael's 30 day shred level 3. Whoa! I was feeling pretty confident about level 2 so I thought I would give it a try. Never thought I would say level 2 was easy, but it's a cake walk compared to level 3. I had to do the modified versions but I'm excited about when I will be able to do the full thing.
