Classes start today at the law school I work for; also my first class on the main campus started today - Physiology of Exercise! It's gonna be interesting, that's for sure! I tried to run on the treadmill last night, but my knee wasn't having it. Ended up on the tread climber & despite my best efforts, I'm up a pound. Weekend weight gain is the Bane of my Existence!!! Still working on the diet side of this weight-loss struggle, probably for forever. But today I actually ignored the offer of baked cookies, gotta be a first. Also said "meh" to donut holes in the breakroom, so yay me! I'm a little more motivated to eat better because I've been watching "American Ninja Warrior" - not like I have any hope of doing some of that crazy stuff, but MAN!!! Respect to anyone who can!
