the only way to maybe do this is to commit out loud. I've gained a lot of weight since starting antidepressants and antipsychotics. I feel great mentally but am so discouraged and embarrassed by my size. I seem to lack real motivation to loose. I've started over every day for a week now.

I have had such a hard time to get to a point where I just feel comfortable in my own skin again. I don't know what happened it seems like I just woke up one day & looked in the mirror and I sure didn't like what I saw.
I decided to ask my girlfriend what she was doing as I was following her on fb. She reached out to me & since Dec 2017 I have lost just over 35 lbs & a whopping 63 overall inches🤯 the best part is I have so much energy now, I sleep thru at night now whereas before I got maybe 3 hrs sleep in total...
