Hi everyone!! 😀 i have really been enjoying trying things in the instant pot. The barbacoa came out good, but roommate won't try it bc he is very picky. Haha @keyten, that Mediterranean meal sounds amazing (and i loooooove Mediterranean food!!!!) but it was black beans, purple cabbage, cilantro, pico and refried pintos with brown rice. It was good.
