Friday: My weight today was actually 206.4. Not sure why I couldn't retroactively record this.

Went back to the gym on Friday 7/26 and completed the circuit of assigned exercises. Didn't mind it at all. The only thing I had trouble with was doing more than 11 minutes on the elliptical and doing 20 left lifts. I could do only 17 per leg.

Had bento box lunch with mom. Bought some metal floor registers for our house. Those little plastic things were constantly getting moldy so that could explain the chronic frog in my throat.
205.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
