I recorded my gain..maybe it will motivate me to do better today.
It was 119.6 yesterday, but I ate too much and did too little yesterday so the gain is no shock. Also I have had little exercise all week. This week will be better. It has to be.

you just had a stressful week and were sick, a set back yes, but you KNOW how to move forward. Even tho you recorded a gain, you were in the "doing well" on my page, isn't that great!!! you HAVE done really WEll! enjoy your sunday, and tomorrow starts the new week!!!

Don't worry about the gain. this isn't race to the finish line, it's a lifelong commitment to a healthier way of living and eating. Some weeks you will not manage to stay on track 100% The trick is to recognise it, be aware of it and pull it back. No stress, no big rush - just because you want to :) You'll soon be back down again I'm sure.
