Seems to be circling around a new set point weight of 143-145 lbs. I will gladly take that. If it continues...for 6 mos, I will lower my goal #2 weight to 144/143!!! Just need to stay positive and active here, Got my life back ...in full!👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩 Thanks to all my OL buddies here at FS!
143.6 lb Lost so far: 101.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
