Started my diet, joined this site, lost 5 pounds, went on a mini vacation, gained back the 5 pounds plus an extra 2...no way I ate that much....now back on track, finishing off my 1.5 month NutrySystem I still have in the closet.

Hopefully that will give me a jump start before we go on another mini vacation next month...I have to stay away from Buffets :(
