I made 4 loaves of banana bread for my family....i make really good bread....I imput all the ingredients into the meal planner and about passed out! 722 carbs for both loaves....No wonder I am heavy!

My sister used to eat stuff like that all the time and she was skinny. She ate proper portions and kept a balanced diet of all foods. She was also active. Most people don't do that though, lol! I
