Actually struggling to keep my calories up. I feel like yesterday was the first time I was able to get in a reasonable amount. It's amazing how difficult it is to consume a large amount of healthy foods. A couple of calorie dense donuts would certainly take care of it. ;) Spinach just doesn't have the same density. Heh. I'm doing well. The first week it's fun to watch the weight come off quickly. I'm heading to a launch event at the YMCA for a Les Mills BodyPump class tomorrow for the first time. I've never been in a group exercise class so it should be interesting. My only expectation is to just get familiar with the class. Hopefully it's what I'm looking for and I can keep up a regular schedule with it. Enjoy your weekends all!
