Nina's ten year fat science research is major. All documented beyond doubt. As far as personal experience goes, my body agree with her findings.

I love how well she explains what happens once they zoned in on the saturated fat theory. Research was neglected and not published when it did not support the saturated fat hypothesis.

Yes, the government guidelines have been so influenced by the pressure from big farma. They need people to eat grains, soy and sugar, so they influenced the government for the sake of their profits and at the expense of our health. I personally suffered great harm by believing that 6-11 servings of grains was good for my health. I gained 100 pounds and raised three children who struggle with their weight. It makes me angry and ashamed that I couldn't figure it out in time to dodge that bullet. Now I'm engaged in trying to mitigate the damage done to my body and my metabolism.
