Well took yesterday off and went to a gun show and then we stopped for lunch. Big mistake I diffidently went over my carbs for the day.
Today I stayed on track with my carbs and I did my morning workout like normal, but after dinner Jim and I went down to stairs to the gym and worked out for 30 minutes. I'm so proud of him for deciding to start exercising with me.
I did tell him to start out slow for the first couple of weeks so he doesn't burn himself out. 😃😃😃.
