Wow those look great! Even when I still 'take a hit' from 'low carb substitutes' (for me usually 2-3 days later), I still feel it is a good idea because I am 'making the effort' and not saying 'screw it'. It is the 'screw it attitude' that is damaging to my spirit and contributes to any unhappiness.

Believe it or not, I’m a great cook and baker LOL! Seriously, but I need some practice on bagels and clouds! LOL!! I’d love to try the bagel recipe, the eggs...idk! 🙃😮
