Well my prediction of hunger after the BBQ binge was pretty much on the money. I'm _still_ not hungry, but have made myself have a bag of celery sticks last night, and 2 Clementines this morning.
I overdid it too soon yesterday by walking home (and round Tescos) and my ankle is now very swollen and sore.

Well I did get a cab home the Monday night. But last night I refused too and it was a 15 min wait for a bus.
Tonight... I may well get a cab.

Yea I've got one, but pressure on the area hurts atm, I'll give it a day or so and see how it goes.

Don't push yourself too hard; rest and recovery is also an important! If you can, try and keep it elevated and put some ice on it. I hope you feel better soon.

Yep I've been keeping it elevated when I'm home, even in bed. It's feeling a lot better now than it was this morning. So it's nothing more than overdoing it while it was still tender.
By huge boots probably don't help much either.
