I celebrated going under 20st with BBQ last night.
Forgot to record it. But luckily I remember exactly what I had (I even counted the bones to be sure ready to record it, but there is no signal whatsoever in the restaurant so I couldn't record it there and then) and I'm quite happy with the total. It's on the high side, but only just over my RDI, and based on previous meals there I'm not likely to want a full meal until this evening.
And I may well restrict myself to salad &/or soup then.
