FatSwatter's Journal, 30 May 2019

I've been reading a bit of psychology and learning about self-fulfilling prophecy. If you think you will fail, you WILL fail! Well, I choose to think positively. :)

What's your go-to positive quote to share?

Mine would be:
"Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results"

"Do the work" was a big one for me starting out this time around. Also, "being the best caretaker of my vessel," has been a great inspiration too.

Since 1980 very few of us have had time to eat a good breakfast or lunch as well, most of the time. So, we have to grab what we can, and at night we are craving and or starving. We eat a huge supper, go to sleep and our body stores it as fat, due to the obvious famine it is certain of. :) This is what our economy and corporations have done to us. But, we can reverse that, by finding time to eat a huge breakfast instead of a huge supper. :) Blessings.

Before enlightenment: chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment: chop wood, carry water. Zenmaster. Or short version previously stated by Dhatura: "Do the work."

"Did you really have a bad day or did you have a bad five minutes you made to last all day?" (( I use this one to refute the attempt to rationalize emotional eating ))
