Wow, watched a wonderful video last night. Please watch it: youtube.com/watch?v=q4KfKapvnuI It is interviewing Dr. Gundry. I thought most of his videos would be to sell his "Super Red" or whatever, but this is NOT the case here. He talks about the cause of inflammation and disease.
Fasted 18 hours.
105.4 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lectins... not sure I had heard about it before. So theory is that these plant proteins will stick to sugar and this is not good as it will cause leaky gut. Was that it?

@liv001 Exactly. I was too tired at 2am to describe the tape. Thank you. I'll always remember you were the first one to welcome me when I came to FS. You do an important thing there. It meant a lot.

Thanks for saying that. I am here for me mostly but I enjoy the company at FS and do not mind participating. And thanks for posting your link. I had seen the name Dr. Gundry before but did not really know what he was about
