Woke at 236.0, up 1.4 after another day with a lot of late eating. Will fast today. I have a training event at the Willard Hotel tomorrow, so I will be eating on Friday, too. Then I plan to eat as little as possible over the weekend. I will work at a picnic event at Denise's school on Saturday (I think I'm on hamburger cooking duty), so I'll eat a bit then. Probably will fast on Sunday and Monday. Need to get back on my calorie goal. UPDATE: Fasted all day but weighed 235.8 at 7:30. Stubborn weight!
