I am now a month into my new diet. It is healthier. Just be more conscious of a consumption diet has helped. I have stayed below my RDI and eaten a lot of stuff I want to still. I am still learning and have a way to go.

The first month is always the hardest. I realized the other day about 6 weeks from where I started in March. O.O You got this, just take it one day at a time!!
