For Chris- with lighting so bright you can see the lint on my shirt and a white plastic looking neck. 🤣 Should've waited until I got home to have someone do it for me.

I get it that it's a joke -- but admittedly only because it was already pointed out lol. I certainly don't see almost 220, but then at 5'9" you have a bit of leeway I suppose. my wife is only 5'1", so my frame of reference for female body weight doesn't quite fit 😅 don't blame you on not buying new pants tho. I still climb into my 44s and 42s and cinch 'em tight with a belt lol. I'm determined to not buy any more pants than necessary until at least size 38 -- if not 36.

Hey, I'm 5'9" and 220#. I don't look ANYTHING like Davidsprincess. Life is so unfair! (But, then again, I AM 65 years old and haven't done much exercise in the last, oh, 35 years...) Eh, something to shoot for ... in my next life! LOL

Its just that the picture turned out better than expected. There truly is a big fat roll. I wouldn't lie. Haha. I'm not the type of girl to say "I'm so fat" or whatever (fill in the blank) with hopes that everyone will tell me I'm not. I have been lifting quite a bit so I am sure some is muscle. Thank God I'm tall though. It works in my favor. And furthermore- to be entirely transparent- that's a victorias secret bra. They make anyone look busty. I'm losing inches when I measure my chest and praying it's just back fat because I don't have much to lose- certainly not as much as that picture is portraying. Or maybe I am super hot and just being hard on myself. LOL. On that note- good night all. Thanks for the boost of confidence!

Hey, Mira, another good reason to do resistance training. Lean mass makes a huge difference in appearance at the same bodyweight.
