Weight loss is often up and down daily no matter which way of eating you are following. I struggled with which was better for me...weighing every day or weighing once a week. So I made myself a compromise which works for me. I weigh everyday at about the same time, very soon after getting up but after I've gone to the bathroom. Then I only track if I've lost. It keeps me wanting to get that loss so I can put my number in. 🙄 For me it doing this ended up being a motivation tool.

my thoughts exactly, I've lost the same twenty pounds many times and I'm now down to that threshold again. This time I want to break through it like you're doing!

News flash, @Dennymau: You'll never "finish this" until you die! Once you GET to your goal, the work on maintenance is just as hard (or so I've heard!) Remember, the whole thing is a JOURNEY, not a destination.
