I preach to friends about keeping a food diary and how it really works! I need to get more diligent and practice what I preach! Today is a new day :)
246.9 lb Lost so far: 97.1 lb.    Still to go: 60.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

btdt, @Dennymau! I think I went a full WEEK without recording anything because I was doing so badly. I'm back on track now, though - just waiting for you to join me! Even if you don't report in for the challenge, DO record everything you eat in your Food Diary! I DO think that just the act of writing it all down helps us lose weight! Come on, brother, you've got this!
