4th day in an all protein diet.
Today I gave up going into a cycling road trip that involved multiple hours of riding, because I was worried about not feeling well, or up to it, not to mention there would be nothing all protein to eat there, so I would leave my ketosis state.
But I have to say, I feel great, full of energy, not hungry, which is strange considering my daily cal intake, however my body does feel a little different, like it's missing something *cough*CARBS*cough*, no idea what tho...
