What a delicious breakfast.
Considering my kcal intake is rather low, today I decided I could trade my Turkey Breast Meat in the breakfast for Ham, and what a difference, 2 scrambled eggs mixed with cheese and ham, what a great combination, I can see that as definitely my best meal of the day in this all protein diet, and it gives me a lot of energy through the day.
I want to see if I can keep a minimum of 1500cal a day, instead of the 900-1200 of the last three days.
Tomorrow is time for my annual cardio check-ups, let's see what all those diets are doing to my body.
