went grocery shopping today. bought good healthy food. talapia, skinless chicken, lean ground beef, tuna, lots of veggies, low calorie cheese. but alas, looking through all the food i lost it this afternoon. had a sandwhich chips and a pop. :( try try again tomorrow
198.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

however this diet challenge ive done good on so far and it hasnt even started. its the atkins one im failing at everyday. theres just carbs in EVERYTHING
