Happy happy happy Tuesday everyone...sending positive thoughts you way...

No ride on zwift or outside yesterday...spent about 3 hours moving 30 boxes of storage..some boxes had books in them...made 3trips...could only move so much when using a suv...I’m thinking might be half way done...and yes there are more boxes of books...avid reader...so trading in my dumbbell workouts..for a few days..

Not a bit sore today..which kind of surprised me...had to step up and down a couple of steps to get boxes in suv...my knees feel puffy today..but rubbed aquaphor on them..I’m good to go..

Scales are up.... .2...looked at numbers already..it’s muscle mass...before I looked figured it was water..for way my knees feel puffy...

Weather forecast changed...rain tomorrow..sunny again today...and I have to move..instead of soaking in some rays..

Walmart list is made out...gotta do that before heading to move again..one of them had to go..out of the daily food...

I was so tired when I first got home yesterday..kept fighting nodding off...but eventually got second wind...enough to stay awake till bed time...another one of them you don’t need to make all the bed days..just pull them over...

Well..got things to do..2hours...be headed to start moving books again...why did I say..sure I can help...o yeah..cause it’s a different workout...and because positive actions...bring back positive energy...
