A little bit of concern around the high fats, but if it fits your macro setup, go for it!

*Perfect after heavy resistance training... not so much after cardio or lighter exercise since you won't be damaging enough muscle to necessitate the amount of calories/macros*

This just about motivated me to workout - keep 'em coming! My grandson has invited me to go to the Planet Fitness with him twice. I don't know if he's all that worried about me or if I should worry about him. I mean, it's endearing as all get out but a 20 year old wanting to hang out with Nana? You know, it just occurred to me ... it'd be something he'd be able to kick my butt. (on my previous massive weight loss we raced go-karts and I won). I should go just to stroke his ego. As long as I don't have a stroke myself.
