I’m back and experiencing the same anxieties. I’m a living proof of yo-yo dieting. When I’m losing and feeling great I treat myself with the wrong foods and too much of it. I always rely on future determination to lose it when I need to. Then my clothes start fitting tight which I don’t like. It’s definitely true, you reap what you sow. There’s no mercy in enjoying a little over your calories goals. It comes back to hunt you. Loving food is tough. I’m not giving in or giving up. It’s a challenge. So is life. Keeps me from being Bored!
160.2 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
