I have not being journeying my food intake since I pretty much eat the same foods most of the time. My workout is about the same too.
I'm so so happy to be back. It's never easy to get back on track when you fall. It takes self counseling by continuous re reminding yourself of your Goals and why you want to do it.
It can be done with a lot of will power. Once you go pass the first two days it then become a breeze. So folks who are struggling hand in there.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
