Do you have a favorite Brussels sprouts recipe you can share with me?

Enjoy! Roasted Brussels Sprouts: wash and trim sprouts, arrange on foil-lined baking sheet spray with olive oil, season to taste. I use italian seasoning, garlic powder, s&p. Roast at 400 for ~20-30 mins, until crispy on outside, tender and creamy on inside. If i am feeling special, i add bacon, a splash of apple cider vinegar and a little splash of maple syrup. Great both ways.

Roast in the oven with a little olive oil until slightly charred on the edges. Drizzle with balsalmic vinegar.

Thanks all! Another question about brussel sprouts...should I buy the stalk with them on it or just already removed from stalk? Oh, and trim them how? Probably should google, huh? Also, re: this casserole recipe...I was glad I read the comments on it. Here’s highlights of what I did from reading those...1) Drain after cooking veggies, before adding meat and tomatoes, 2) One-pot meal...just use a Dutch oven to cook everything on stove and then in the oven it goes, and 3) I added Italian seasoning, Oregano and Smoked Paprika

BS--Brussel Sprouts, either on or off stalk is good. I split them and drizzle with EEVO and bake at 425 for a time till they crisp up on the edges. Please tell no one...I am a foodie. If you do steam them then make an 'X' or '+' in the base to allow for moisture to get in to help soften them. They are also good with some balsamic. Shhh....tell no one.

I like stalk just bc they are fun and dramatic on the countertop, lol. If stalk, i either cut them off with a little paring knife or kinda twist and pop them off with my hands. I put them in a bowl of lukewarm water and kinda swish them around. Then pull off the outer leaves. Trim off the stems. I half or quarter them if they are large. I will expect a tantalizing pic!

LOL Terrapin, my lips are sealed 😉

Also if bulk, just follow from washing them. Everything else is the same.

LOL Jen, my thoughts exactly the first time I saw a guy standing at checkout holding a stalk, thought, well, now, isn’t that something!

I am slowly considering if I had a stalk pic on a countertop on not. Wait. That may not sound right.
