Lost another pound! Getting closer and closer to my original goal of 140 pounds (my wedding weight from 33 years ago). I was a bit overweight even then at 5 feet 4 inches so I may or may not shoot for another 10 pounds. But I am reaching that point where you have to make decisions because my 63 year old skin may look better at 140 than 130. Do I have some loose skin after losing 80 pounds? Yes I do but not as bad as you might think considering my age and that I carried this substantial weight for decades. I am content with it- as far as I am concerned these are the signs of a successful battle against a deadly enemy, morbid obesity! I still look WAY better in a bathing suit (wrinkles and all) than I did when I was at 225 pounds (I have the pictures to prove it but no I am not posting them LOL). So just sharing this as I know some of you wonder about how you might look at goal, especially if you have a lot to lose. Do not let these fears get in the way of your progress.
145.2 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
