Good Wednesday AM, thought I would post before work for a change. I didn't get up early enough to go to the WA24/7(what I will now refer to as my local gym "Workout Anytime 24/7"). It is COLD, about 40 now & no heat. Me & my cats did not want to budge from the electric blanket (well I guess that is heat and I could plug in my space heater, but too lazy PLUS it will be in the low 80s this weekend!). I stayed on my 4 day plan and today is day 3. Finally I'm getting close to where I was last week before my 'blowout' this past weekend. Today is a good one for food and hopefully I'll get to the WA24/7 after work for at least 30 min and have someone show me the machines. I'm still not sure how to use them and what will work for me. Hope all is well out there in FS land and take care to all :-)
