OK, Day 2 of the 4 day plan. Seems to be going ok. I don't like dinner for day 2 but got through it (squash/cauliflower/greenbeans & applesauce). I spoke too soon about no sugar on the plan, it is at least natural sugar from the food and not added 'white poison'. But I'm glad day 2 is over, tomorrow is a good one, looking forward to it. Gee, what excitement I have when I look forward to food! But at least it is good food and I'm not planning a binge, been there done that! I didn't get to workout this morning (wanted that extra sleep) But I did go on my way home from work for 30 min and again I feel good. I will try again to get there tomorrow morning before 7. I saw someone here post that they wanted to fit better in a dress they just bought, I can relate to that! I have a closet full of cute little dresses I want to get back into. It has been awhile and it would be nice to wear one to a friends 60th BDay dinner next month, So I think I'll hang it up right where I can see it daily and perhaps that will help me "keep my eyes on the prize" & my hand out of the 'cookie jar'!
