well its a slow go to get back to where I was before I went OFF last weekend. I'm not changing my scale weight until I'm below it (167.6) right now I'm 168.4. Oh what a weekend of OFF can do! I HAVE TO REMEMBER that! It really was NOT worth it. Even though my weight comes off slowly when I'm on a good woe it is not worth going off and taking it UP. BUT again yesterday I did go to the WA24/7 for my 30 min workout. I haven't done the weight machines yet, just cardio ones which is enough for me right now! This week seems really slow. But maybe this weekend my kids (grown but still 'my kids' to me!) will come home for a short visit which will be nice. I normally just 'zone out' on the weekends but when they are here I don't have time to 'zone out'! Which is ok since I see my grandkids and they love to play ALL DAY! Hope all is well in FS land and take care to ALL!
