Bummer of a week. 😪. A weight gain for me and no loss for the month. I need to get my butt in gear. Too many sugar cravings. So feel free to nagg. Hoping for a better week.
194.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hi fishingwidow. Today is a GOOD DAY! It is the start of your Swimsuit Slimdown. Hang in there! By the end of the 12 weeks, I'm hoping to have lost 10-15 pounds (more would be WONDERFUL!) It means I need to get my rear in gear, though! Today, for my exercise, I'm going to Sam's Club AND Walmart, and walking as fast as I can through all the aisles for 30 minutes. (It's raining here today and Sunday, so I'll have to find things I can do inside.) How much are you planning to lose, and how are you going to do it? Inquiring minds want to know!

I have been stuck on a plateau since Xmas. I would be happy with an 8 lb loss. That will be my mini goal. I seem to have gotten a little slack and can't exercise a lot as I have arthritis in a hip. But I am going to walk a little on The Treadmill each day when I don't get out where I am going to do some walking/shopping.

Hey, fishingwidow. I’m so glad to see that you are signed up in the Swimsuit Slimdown (SS)! I have a feeling you’re going to lose that whole eight pounds during those 12 weeks! We’ve got to break that plateau to do it, though! They say, “Insanity is continuing to do the same thing, but expecting different results.” I’m switching quite a few things up during the 12-week SS challenge. To do that, I’m having to do things a little differently during the Daily Accountability 2019-#9 Challenge (which I notice you haven’t signed up for yet). In order to meet the SS RDI mini, I’m not going to worry about the #9 Fat goal. To meet the 5 Fruits/Vegetables, I’m not going to worry about the Net Carb mini (but I WILL keep low carb in everything else I eat). But the BIGGEST thing I am going to change is actually EXERCISING! To me, exercise is a four-letter word! I’m going to make a new Positive Affirmation: “I LOVE to Exercise!” Now, get your butt off that big plateau, and let’s start rockin’ this!!!

Water exercise is great when your joints hurt. Don't worry about the past; just focus on today
