Another morning... where I feel I just didn't start early enough. Email Correspondence done, facebook checked, phoned the hubby in New Jersey (Gosh, I miss him incredibly), found a few recipes to try out this week or so. And here I am. Taking my morning skin detox supplement, glass of water and cup of coffee for breakfast : ) Then its on to 30 min on the resistance bike, housework, another workout, shower&dress, grocery store run and I'll grab some sushi for lunch then home for more house work and kids! Sooo excited to try a Veggie Panang Curry this evening for dinner : D And here I go... Happy Dieting ALL.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
