So aparently I am def not drinking enough water to support my weight loss. After a few minutes researching. I've estimated I need 130 oz of water at least. It's not that I don't like water. I do. In fact, aside from my morning coffee it's all I usually drink. But I only drink 3,4 maybe 5 16 oz bottles a day. This is something I need to change most certainly by morning... So before bed I'll have 3 more bottles of water. That's 101.4 oz. Still not enough but I suppose it's a start. I'll also end the evening with a mug od skin detox tea (pushing me to 109 oz) and my hair, skin and nails supplement. Water, Detox Tea and the supplement will be a commitement I make every damn day. No excuses!
NOw to research how many calories I should burn in ratio to how many I consume... It never hurts to be over informed right?! Goodnight.
