Exercised after work even though my knees and elbow were killing me. Then a friend called going on & on & on about nothing for hours... I did mindless snacks during the call PLUS lost my whole evening. Really disappointed with myself. I've been trying so hard & thought getting better with these late snacks. I guess it's just another one of my many obstacles I need to keep working at and get through.

When I'm on the phone with friends or family, it usually lasts hours too! I make a pot of tea or coffee, it works well. At least you exercised, that's good.
