Somehow turned my eating around and Mon-Fri went good. Today, Saturday, will be a challenge. After 5 days of hard work I must do my best. Looks like a very beautiful day. It is about time. Later.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
