This extra water weight is proving to be a bit stubborn. I am glad I went to the gym last night but I am bummed that it didn't translate into a loss on the scale. I was thinking the weight lifting would flush out some of that extra water weight. I am going again today. The weigh in tomorrow is going to be bad. I am up by about 2 lbs. from the last weigh in which was also a gain.

I am having to get up a lot earlier now to get into the new job. It's kind of a drag. I am not used to being tied to a schedule. I guess I got spoiled. Well, this engagement is only scheduled for 10 weeks so hopefully I will find a different gig to go to after this which is a bit more flexible.

From what I have heard excercise, especially with weights make you retain water. Has something to do with repairing the muscles. Just keep doing what your doing and it will disappear.

Great Job on the Gym!!! That is a hard habit to get into, but sounds like you're doing great. And yes, even though I hate hearing it, as stated: Just keep going and working hard...soon it will let loose and dispapear!!! You Go Girl!!!
