Back from the weekend trip which was a great success from the aspect of finally finding a birthday gift for my husband that he really liked. As far as watching my calorie intake... well, I did pretty good on Friday and Saturday but Sunday was kind of a mess.
I'm still only up by 4.5 lbs and considering all the carbs I ate, that's pretty good. I am headed to the gym after work today to burn some of that excess glycogen.
First day at the new job so I probably won't be as connected as usual but will try to at least check in once more today.
Today I am thankful for the new job, for a great weekend, and for safe uneventful travels.
