My scale died and although I was sticking pretty well to my plan I did sway a little far off track. Funny how missing a weekly weigh in can do so much damage. (3 lbs)
Back on track today and going hard for the next 2 weeks. Goal to be down 5lbs by Feb 15th.
40th bday coming up in a few months and I want to be back to the shape I was in before my daughter was born (now 3 years old).
