So many bad food choices and so little exercise last week attributed to this gain of .4 lbs! Not to mention that I weighed myself immediately after dinner, as I forgot to do it before. I will make better choices this week! I will exercise at least 4 times this week! Hopefully next week I will have a decent loss.

I wouldn't even count that because you weighed after dinner. I'm sure you've eaten enough food to account for the gain, so if you had weighed before dinner, you probably would have shown a loss. Even so, your measurement losses are awesome!

If you only gained .4 after dinner, you definetly lost weight. A glass of water alone could account for a .4 gain. It is good to set a goal though. You are doing awesome.

I just saw the comments today! Thanks! I weighed myself again today before dinner and lost 1.6lbs. I knew it had to do with after dinner anyways. Once I hit my next goal of 185lb I am going to get myself a scale. Right now I only weigh myself when DH and I go to our friends house on Wednesdays for dinner.
