So I have been on plan only 1 week. I met with friends last night and I made it out unscathed!! I ate dinner before I went and only had 3 drinks. Vodka/soda! In the moment while everyone is indulging I felt a little deprived but this morning I feel relieved! Relieved that I didn’t cave. I know had I broken down and partook in all the goodies I would be so upset with myself today. So YAY me for staying strong!

I’m not doing Keto. For my first phase I’m significantly restricted calorically,no sugar, low carb.
Im in this phase til I can drop a good majority of my weight then I transition.
