The steak was amazing but reheated cauliflower rice was not good 👎 had to toss it

Noooo not squats! Lol Ugh I’ve been doing 20 every few days just to get some movement in for the day. And some strength training with my 5/10 pound weights. Not enough to make a difference in my weight but maybe enough to keep me from getting really weak.
