Positive thoughts..goooood Wednesday...I’ve made it a habit of meditating every morning before breakfast...not only is it a great way of starting the day...but it opens up my mind to see better..to be more focused ..and to clear the negative thoughts and energy ...I’m changing my bs (belief system) ...I’m expanding my mind ...and at the same time positive energy is coming my way..

Spent yesterday relaxing...not that I didn’t go into the fitness room and turn on the flat screen..as I did think about a zwift ride...but 30 min later...went back in...and turned off flat screen..and just got recliner time...

Its Wednesday and so far I’ve only got 8.5 miles in zwift...im already looking to do a longer ride then the 30 miles I did Sunday...knowing I can do it..only drives me more to set bigger challenges for myself...I kinda think it’s helped with my recovery as well...my elevation is improving as well...my legs are getting stronger..my shoulder and bicep don’t hurt as much as they once did after being stretched out when riding..the ole me is returning...but more improved and stronger...

And as my body recovers..my mind is also moving on...becoming more still...less negative thoughts...proving to yourself you can ...brings out the drive..the fire...to do more..to keep striving to push on...to accomplish things that you only dreamed of doing some day..you can do anything you set your mind to...you might have to fall down..and brush yourself off a time or two..but when you accomplish a dream...nothing can stop that drive inside you...

Went zwifting...21.4 miles....1:32 on time...1276 on elevation...today’s ride..was just to kinda compare it with Sunday’s ride....I could tell it wasn’t as fast...and at same time...energy level wasn’t completely recharged to do a longer ride...but it was still a great ride...
